Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS and Cancellation Policy
All deposits are final, however there are some cases l will grant a refund
Deposits will be deducted from your total at checkout!
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, l ask you to inform me no later than 24 hours beforehand to prevent any extra charges. Cancelations will result in forfeiture of deposit and new non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking a new appointment
A 15-minute grace period is granted for unexpected delays. If you arrive after this time, your appointment will be canceled, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule, a new non-refundable deposit will be needed, which will be deducted at the end of your next appointment.
To maintain safety and sanitation standards, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra individuals to your appointment.
